Hem Farm is located in Undrumsdal/Barkåker, with easy access from the E18 and just a short drive from the centres of Tønsberg, Horten and Revetal.
The farm produces grass-fed Charolais beef, free-range pork, as well as eggs, honey and ice cream. Meat is sold directly from the farm's self-service shop, where visitors can choose from a wide selection of fresh and frozen cuts, including ready-seasoned barbecue skewers during the summer season.
The farm shop is open every day, all year round.
