Quality Hotel™ Grand Larvik

Quality Hotel Grand Larvik is a full-service conference hotel, the perfect hotel for special occasions, families, sports teams or if you are just looking for a good breakfast. The hotel has a unique location by the Larviksfjord, with Larvik town center and Bøkeskogen in the background. In addition, it is a short distance to all important traffic hubs such as the E18, the train station, bus station, Color Line/Superspeed and Torp Airport.

The hotel has 139 accommodation rooms, 10 conference rooms in various sizes. The newest part was completed in April 2022, and the hotel thus has slightly different types of rooms. Friendly staff take care of the guests' needs and meet their expectations during their stay. The staff assists with everything from maps, recommendations for hiking areas along the coast or in Bøkeskogen, or a bus trip to Mølen or the charming villages Helgeroa or Nevlunghavn. In the summer, they can recommend the best-preserved beaches, the best place for crab fishing or where to go for a sauna experience.

Grand Bistro
The hotel's restaurant, Grand Bistro, serves good food with a creative twist. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the beautiful premises. 

Conference in Larvik
The conference area has a maximum capacity of 380 guests in small and large meeting rooms. Here, the meeting between people is important, the big and the small. Popcorn and soft ice-cream are always included in the day package. The premises are modernly furnished, with new technology, good acoustics and large mingling areas. The hotel's conference hosts do everything at all times to ensure that you have the best possible conference experience. 

Grandkvartalet
Quality Hotel Grand Larvik is located as the foundation of the Grandkvartalet, facing Storgaten with the Larviksfjord in the background. The Grandkvartalet consists of beautiful apartments. The restaurants Grand Bistro, Pieno, Attrå, Ást, Sourdough bakery Majas. Larvik's optician Ljosland Optikk, a clothing store Fruene på Landet, the furniture store Nova Solo and the hairdresser The Hair. The quarter has become a vibrant area, and a positive contribution to the development of Larvik town.

Wilhelmsen House

Wilhelmsen House consists of en-suite apartment rooms, a café and treatment rooms within health and wellbeing. The building also has a lobby with a fire place, a gym, and a common room.  All rooms are equipped with bed linens, towels, a TV and free Wi-Fi.

Wilhelmsen House has 49 rooms over 3 floors, no reception and has automated check-in and check-out. You will receive the keycode to your room by SMS and e-mail on the day of your arrival.

Wilhelmsen House is located in central Tønsberg – only five minute walk from the train- and bus station, and a ten minute walk from the harbour. Parking facilities located right next to the building (fees not included).

Furustrand Camping

Furustrand has a private beach next to Ringshaug beach. The beach is shallow and great for kids. Furustrand camping is located along the "coastal path" that stretches for miles along the Oslofjord. Nøtterøy, Tjøme, Åsgårdstrand and Horten is only a short car ride away.

Furustrand camping is located with a walking distance to restaurant, bowling, pool table and a gym.

Motorhomes, caravan and tent
Beautiful spaces for motorhomes and caravans with views of Ringshaug beach and Oslofjord. Some +spaces with a paved patio and our own water tap.

Restaurant Sjøsiden Ringshaug
The restaurant has a varied menu as well as homemade Italian pizza. All rights. Covered outdoor seating with great views of the beach.

Hotel Wassilioff

Accommodation with historical surroundings. The hotel has 62 charming rooms with 88 beds. Open all year round. The rooms are bright and spacious with a classic design. All the rooms at Wassilioff have either a bathtub or a shower, TV and free WiFi. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the harbour.

Location
Between Stavern and Helgeroa, approximately 2 km from Stavern and approximately 10 km from Larvik. To Torp Airport and the ferry terminal in Sandefjord there is approximately 30 km.

Rooms and Outdoor Area
Rooms for 2-6 persons with shower/WC. All rooms have got a self-catering kitchen with all necessary equipment included. Two of the apartments are wheelchair accessible. Large outdoor area.  

Approximately 12 minutes walk to the coastal path, and excellent possibilities for bathing and swimming nearby

Newly renovated apartments, in cosy atmosphere just a few minutes off the E18, a short distance from Stavern, Larvik, Helgeroa and Nevlunghavn. Open all year!

The Area
Torp Airport, the Superspeed-ferry to Hirtshals and the four-lane highway ensure good connections for those travelling from far away. The ferry to Langesund is popular with the cycling tourists. Just a few minutes away you will find Omlidstranda, which is one of the areas most beautiful beaches. Larvik Golf Club, one of the country’s best golf courses, is located just around the corner.  

Activities
Bakkane Gård is a place where your children can play freely in a safe environment. The farm has a large outdoor area with lots of activities. Here you will find a large jumping pillow, outdoors chess, a football field and much more.

The Apartments

Grand Hotel Åsgårdstrand is situated only a one hour drive from Oslo and 30 minutes from Sandefjord Airport Torp. There are bus connections to Tønsberg from Oslo and from Tønsberg to Åsgårdstrand. The hotel has 78 large og newly refurbished rooms.

Åsgårdstrand is regarded as being an "artist's town" and a gem in eastern Norway. Edvard Munch's "The girls on the bridge" was painted just near the hotel.

Food and drink at the hotel
The restaurant is proud of its good cuisine, and offers a wide range of wines and is fully licensed. As a guest in the restaurant, you can enjoy panoramic views of Åsgårdstrand and the Oslo Fjord. During the summer months our outdoor terrace is open, where you also can enjoy a drink or a good meal.

In 2018 the new summer restaurant Grand Brygge opened at the pier.

Attractions and other things to do at the hotel
With the idyllic location of hotel, we recommend a stroll in Åsgårdstrand with the fjord as the backdrop. There are 150 meters to the nearest beach, and also walking distance to Edvard Munch's house. Nearby you will also find Lefdals Riding Centre and Midgard Viking Centre.

Thon Hotel Tønsberg Brygge

Thon Hotel Tønsberg Brygge was completely renovated in 2017 and is today a modern and welcoming hotel. The hotel offers accommodation and a breakfast buffet. The district offers many cultural events, museums and shopping.
