True craftsmanship from Helgeroa!

Roa Micro Bakery bakes real bread using real ingredients, with genuine passion.

This small, local artisan bakery has chosen a different path, focusing on traditional baking methods. It offers sourdough-based products made with long fermentation times and stone-milled flour from Kvelde Mølle. With an emphasis on craftsmanship and local ingredients, the bakery produces classic breads, sweet yeast pastries, and cakes for special occasions.

Each loaf is made with sourdough that ferments slowly, resulting in a distinctive flavor and texture that reflects a deep respect for the craft. The bakery also offers tempting sourdough cinnamon buns and other sweet specialties.

Gluten-free options are available for those with coeliac disease, ensuring that more people can enjoy quality baked goods.

With a strong belief in understanding the journey of grain from field to table, the couple behind the bakery, Stian and Anne Marie Sletsjø, combine their passion for food with a strong local connection.

In addition to the shop, leftover items from the day are placed on a shelf outside the entrance, where payment can be made via Vipps.

Oslofjord Convention Center

Oslofjord Convention Center is one of Europe’s largest integrated conference destinations, with capacity for around 9,000 overnight guests and up to 12,000 participants per day.
Everything is located on one connected site. Accommodation, meeting spaces, and arenas are seamlessly integrated, allowing events to be delivered without the need for transport between venues.

Designed by architect Niels Torp, the venue is built as a village rather than a single structure. This creates a natural flow between spaces and a cohesive experience for participants. Despite its scale, Oslofjord feels structured and accessible, and works equally well for smaller groups seeking a more focused setting.

Today, Oslofjord is an open and neutral meeting place for conferences, congresses, concerts, sports events, and a wide range of gatherings throughout the year, from executive meetings to large international events.

The venue is located by the waterfront in Melsomvik, between Tønsberg and Sandefjord, within easy reach of both Oslo and international transport hubs. The coastal setting is an integral part of the experience, offering open space, fresh air, and direct access to nature.
Outside of events, the area is open to the public and is widely used for walking, training, and recreation along the coastal path and surrounding landscape.
