Throughout the evening, a flexible five-course menu will be served with asparagus featured in different combinations, and guests can choose how many courses they would like to enjoy.
Wine specialists from Flaaten and Moestue will be present with a wide selection of Rieslings, and bottles from Brygga11’s own wine cellar will also be opened for the occasion. The event is hosted as an informal pop-up with food and wine served side by side throughout the evening.
A reduced à la carte menu will also be available for guests who prefer other options.
