How can local meeting places and activities contribute to community and engagement? This gathering invites participants to share ideas and experiences about developing humanist communities locally.
The guest speaker is Håvard Lillethun, an author, lecturer and local representative for the Humanist Association’s regional organisation in Telemark. Since 2022, he has been actively involved in developing local meeting places and community engagement in Skien and Telemark.
Lillethun will share experiences from his work with local activities and communities. There will also be an opportunity to exchange ideas and discuss possible cooperation with local organisations and cultural institutions.
The gathering is aimed at people who are already active in a local group, those who organise activities, and anyone interested in local initiatives and opportunities to contribute.
The evening combines a presentation, conversation and exchange of experiences, with a focus on humanism and local communities.
