Vivestad Christmas Market 2026 – Festive Traditions at Sagatun
On Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November 2026, from 11:00 to 16:00, the traditional Vivestad Christmas Market takes place at Sagatun in Vivestad, Tønsberg municipality, Vestfold.
Enjoy a cosy festive atmosphere with market stalls both indoors and outdoors. Local and visiting exhibitors offer a wide selection of handmade crafts, locally produced goods, Christmas gifts and seasonal specialities. Outside, visitors can gather around a warming fire and enjoy the Christmas atmosphere. On Saturday at 13:00, the Christmas tree lights will be switched on, and
Santa Claus might even make a special appearance! The large book market at Sagatun will also be open throughout the weekend, offering plenty of opportunities to discover interesting books. Downstairs, visitors can enjoy traditional Christmas food, coffee and waffles.
All proceeds from the Christmas market go towards the operation and maintenance of Sagatun community hall.
