The idea is that fresh and gently processed milk produces good and tasty products. For almost 30 years, Holt Gård has worked to realize the ideal of a versatile organic farm. That's why Holt Gård bets on untraveled craft products – delicious and honest food.

About the products:
Ymir is thick yogurt, which is made by acidifying the milk and then draining the whey away. It can be eaten as is or used in e.g. dressings. Flavored varieties of Ymir (plum, blackcurrant, lingonberry and barley groats) are also sold.

Yme is plain drinking yoghurt, while the blueberry or blackcurrant flavored drinking yoghurts are acidified milk with added whey and berries. Lovely in cereal or straight from the glass!

The cheeses are fresh cheeses with many uses: Ymir cheese in oil and fried cheese are perfect in salads and on pizza, while the spreadable cheese goes well on a slice of bread.

The farm's ice cream is inspired by Italian gelato, and comes in both milk variants and as sorbet. Available in the flavors: vanilla, yogurt, chocolate, stracciatella, and blueberry, strawberry, and lemon sorbet.

The dairy products can be bought on the farm when the farm is open, at selected retailers and through the Reko ring. See more here: https://holtgard.no/meieriprodukter/
