Victor
Victor is located in a historic waterfront warehouse on Tønsberg Brygge, with a restaurant and bar spread across several floors. Stop by for lunch or dinner overlooking the harbour. The menu ranges from open sandwiches and pasta to fish, seafood and grilled meat dishes.
From lunch to dinner
At lunchtime, try Victor's open prawn sandwich with hand-peeled prawns, browned butter and fennel, or a steak sandwich with chimichurri.
From 4 pm, the menu includes a wider selection of dinner dishes, such as grilled halibut, entrecôte with Café de Paris butter and reindeer served with parsnip purée and lingonberries. Vegetarian options and a children's menu are also available.
A historic setting on the waterfront
The restaurant occupies three floors of a former waterfront warehouse, with the kitchen, bar and main dining areas on the two lower floors. The old building's character provides a distinctive setting for a modern restaurant. In summer, the outdoor seating area is a place to enjoy a meal while watching life along the harbour. Victor also welcomes larger parties and has a separate floor available for private events.
Opening hours and reservations
Victor opens at 11 am Monday to Saturday and noon on Sundays. The restaurant stays open until late Monday to Saturday and closes at 10 pm on Sundays. The kitchen closes at 10 pm.

Nevlunghavn
Nevlunghavn is a charming coastal community located along the coast at the outer edge of Larvik, Norway.

Life Around the Harbor
At the heart of the village sits Nevlunghavn Gjestgiveri, a small seaside hotel that has been a popular destination for both locals and tourists alike. Down by Nevlunghavn Brygge, you’ll find a seafood shop offering the local catch of the day, as well as a chill spot to sit down and take in the atmosphere of this old Fishing village.
The harbor itself is small and easy to explore – a perfect spot to linger a little extra to enjoy the beautiful sea views and fresh Seafood before you venture further along the coast.
The Coastal Path & Mølen – Close and Accessible
From the village, the coastal path (Kyststien) is only minutes away.
If you follow the trail toward Mølen, you’ll walk about three kilometers before the landscape opens up completely. Suddenly, you’re standing in one of Norway’s most distinctive natural areas — rolling pebble beaches, ocean waves, and a horizon that shifts mood with the weather.
Mølen is part of the UNESCO European Geopark and is a protected area. Explore more than 100 types of rocks, over 230 burial cairns from the Bronze and Iron Ages, and an impressive birdlife. More than 300 bird species have been recorded here — enough to make anyone listen a little more closely.
Sauna, Kayaking & Small Adventures
If you want to warm up after a swim or a hike, Kur Sauna Nevlunghavn is located by Omrestranden, just 950 meters from the harbor. A perfect year round activity!
At Kajakkbox, you can rent a kayak and paddle between skerries and quiet bays surrounding the village.
Looking out to sea, you’ll spot Tvisten Lighthouse. Built in 1908, it is available for overnight stays from May to September and is accessible by boat. For transport, contact Stavern Dykkesenter, which offers a local taxi boat service.
Close to Other Larvik Experiences
Nevlunghavn is conveniently located near several attractions in Larvik: Helgeroa, Stavern, and the Nerdrum Museum. This makes it easy to combine a visit with art experiences, harbor life, or a relaxed ice cream stop in one of the nearby small villages.

Færderstien
Færderstien is a continuous, signposted walking and cycling route through Færder municipality, stretching from Kaldnesbanen near Tønsberg to Verdens Ende at the southern tip of Tjøme. The approximately 28-kilometre route passes through woodland, residential areas and established pedestrian and cycle paths. You can follow the entire route or choose a shorter section.
From Nøtterøy to Tjøme
Færderstien connects walking and cycling routes across much of the municipality. On Nøtterøy, it passes through areas including Teieskogen, Vestskogen, Nøtterøy Prestegård and Borgheim before continuing south towards Tjøme. The surroundings change along the way, from woodland to residential neighbourhoods and more open stretches. The route has been planned to avoid the busiest roads wherever possible, making it an option for both shorter outings and longer walks or cycle rides.
Finish your journey at Verdens Ende
At its southern end, Færderstien reaches Verdens Ende – The World's End on Tjøme. Here, smooth coastal rocks, small islands and views across the Skagerrak create a memorable setting. The distinctive tipping lighthouse is one of the area's best-known landmarks. Verdens Ende is a gateway to Færder National Park and its coastal landscapes. A route for short and long outings
Færderstien covers approximately 14.6 kilometres on Nøtterøy and 13 kilometres on Tjøme. You do not need to complete the entire route in one day. Choose a section that suits your plans, and use the municipality's map to decide where to start and how to return. The route is signposted, with information signs at locations including Kaldnesbanen, Teie Sports Park and Verdens Ende. Færderstien was launched in September 2025 as a collaboration between Færder Municipality, the Norwegian Trekking Association (DNT) and Via Færder.
