The repertoire includes well known American Christmas songs such as The Most Wonderful Time of the Year, The Christmas Song, Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Grown-Up Christmas List and Baby, It’s Cold Outside.

The orchestra is led by trombonist Sven Arne Trolsrud. The concert also features vocalists Randi Gunhildstad and Ølberg, alongside musicians playing saxophone, clarinet, trumpet, flugelhorn, trombone, guitar, piano, bass and drums.

Seigmen

Seigmen was formed in the late 1980s and achieved their major breakthrough in the 1990s with their distinctive sound and albums such as Total and Metropolis. The latter achieved platinum status and was awarded the Spellemannprisen, Norway’s leading music award.

On this tour, the band will perform songs from their extensive catalogue, as well as newer material from the albums Resonans and Dissonans. The audience will also hear material from Substans, which will be the third release in the trilogy.

Seigmen are known for live performances that combine the band’s distinctive rock sound with songs spanning several decades. The setlist includes both newer and established songs, including “Dyret” and Seigmen’s version of the deLillos classic “Hjernen er alene”.
