Teresa Puig is a Spanish artist living and working in Norway. Her work explores how natural materials change over time, reacting, decomposing and transforming through slow and often invisible processes. Drawing on her background as a laboratory technician in botany, geology, chemistry and anthropology, Puig has developed a strong interest in the behaviour of matter.
In this exhibition, she investigates how flowers, textiles and stone change when wrapped, left to decay and later uncovered. By working with discarded flowers, she places the process itself at the centre, revealing how materials break down, react and leave traces behind. These traces become tangible imprints of a life cycle and demonstrate how change is embedded within the materials themselves.

“ÅRRINGER” – Solo Exhibition by Monika Stø
On Saturday, 5 September at 12:00, Galleri ER opens the solo exhibition “ÅRRINGER” by artist Monika Stø. The exhibition runs until 26 September and can be visited during the gallery’s regular opening hours, Wednesday–Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00.
Process and craftsmanship are central to Monika Stø’s work. She works intuitively, allowing the subject and expression to develop along the way. Her inspiration comes partly from nature, particularly trees and wood. Old trees and human figures are used as motifs that carry traces of lived lives and stories – “tree rings”.
The exhibition is a sales exhibition featuring a wide selection of original oil paintings, prints and wooden reliefs.
The opening day will include light refreshments and sparkling wine, as well as a musical performance. Further details about the music will be announced.
