NORWAYS CONSTITUTION DAY!
This is THE event of the year in Norway where everyone – old and young – put on their best clothes or their national costumes to celebrate the signing of the constitution on the 17th May 1814. All shops and offices are closed this day. It is a must to have at least one ice cream and one hot dog during the course of the day and everyone is in a festive mood and you will see the Norwegian flag everywhere you go.

Experience Navy Race at the historic Karljohansvern naval base in Horten on 8–9 August. Take on the iconic 8 km obstacle course featuring mud, challenging obstacles and an unforgettable final challenge – including a jump from the naval vessel KNM Narvik.
