Fat og Fe

The food section of Fat og Fe’s farm shop holds Debio’s gold certification label, meaning that more than 90% of the food products sold are organic. The shop offers a selection of organic groceries in a cozy brewhouse setting, and many products are sold in bulk. Customers are welcome to bring their own containers to fill with items such as oats, raw sugar, and flour.

A kitchen with a small bakery has been established on site, producing sourdough bread, cookies, biscuits, granola, and other baked goods for the shop. All products are organic and developed by the farm shop staff.

In addition to organic food, the shop offers a selection of sustainable, environmentally friendly, and small-scale produced goods, including interior items, cleaning products, skincare, and kitchen equipment.
