Historical Sailing trip with Tallship Artemis from Larvik Havn

Celebrate 100 Years of Pol II / Artemis – Sail the Larvik Fjord with Us!

In 2026, the tall ship Artemis returns to Larvik to celebrate a remarkable milestone: 100 years since she was built as Pol II and launched into service for the renowned Norwegian company Melsom & Melsom.

To mark this special anniversary, members of the Melsom family, representatives of the maritime community, and the current owner of Artemis will gather in Larvik for a unique weekend of celebration and remembrance. One of the highlights will be a sailing voyage on the beautiful Larvik Fjord—and you are invited to join us.

Step aboard a ship that has witnessed a century of maritime history. Feel the power of the wind in the sails, help set the canvas if you wish, and enjoy breathtaking views of the fjord from the deck of this historic vessel. The voyage offers a rare opportunity to experience traditional sailing while becoming part of a truly special occasion.

Whether you are interested in maritime heritage, classic ships, or simply looking for an unforgettable day on the water, this voyage aboard Artemis promises an experience unlike any other.

Join us in celebrating 100 years of Artemis and become part of her continuing story.

The farm shop offers products made on the farm, along with a selection of some of the finest goods from other producers in Vestfold. You will find seasonal fruit and vegetables, treats from local food producers, freshly baked sourdough bread, apple juice, gift items such as soaps and scented candles, handmade cards, Viking-inspired products and much more.

You can also sit down with a cup of coffee and enjoy the surroundings before doing your farm shopping.

Spireriet in Tjølling first opened its doors on 13 June 2026, launching with a brand-new music festival – Spirefestivalen!

Wave Mat & Drikke Larvik

Wave Mat & Drikke was located on the waterfront in front of Bølgen Kulturhus during summer 2026, in the Sanden premises. The concept was run in collaboration with Sjøslag Restaurant and combined fjord views with casual dining.

During the day, the menu included open sandwiches, mussels, burgers and salads. In the evening, the focus shifted to street food and classics inspired by cuisines from different parts of the world.

Wave was a seasonal pop-up concept. Check Wave’s own channels for information about future seasons and opening hours.
